Offer Terms – ATEARLY27
- Offer Validity: The
ATEARLY27promotion is valid for new bookings made for lodge or camping stays taking place between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027. - Booking Deadline: To qualify for this offer, bookings must be confirmed and the required deposit paid in full on or before 30 September 2026. Bookings made after this date will be subject to standard 2027 pricing.
- Eligible Guests: This promotion is open to all customers, including both new guests and returning/existing customers of Avon Tyrrell.
- Applicable Accommodation: The offer applies strictly to Avon Tyrrell lodge bookings and camping pitch reservations. It does not apply to activities, equipment hire, catering, or other supplementary services.
- Pricing Basis: Qualifying bookings will be invoiced at the applicable 2026 standard tariff rates for the equivalent accommodation type and season, shielding the guest from any 2027 rate increases.
- Booking Channels: This promotion can only be redeemed by booking directly with the centre via telephone or email. It cannot be applied automatically through the standard online automated booking engine.
- Deposit Requirement: A booking is not deemed secure under this promotion until the standard deposit has been successfully processed by our team.
- Code Code Application: The promotional code
ATEARLY27must be explicitly quoted at the time of initial enquiry or booking. The rate adjustment cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings. - Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable, holds no independent cash value, and cannot be exchanged or substituted for any other discount or promotional benefit.
