Our staff are fully trained and extremely supportive of your needs, and with a variety of adaptable equipment, Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre is and can be accessible to every family member. With the opportunity to stay in our Grade I Listed House and take part in a tailor-made activity package to cater to your family’s needs, we can create a unique experience for you, so you leave with lasting memories.
What sets us apart is the range of accessible provision that we can provide you to ensure your visit is a memorable one. We want you to be comfortable and we want you to fully experience Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre. With our support and encouragement and our specially adapted equipment, there is nothing stopping you participating in our activities on equal terms with your family and friends.

What to Expect
Day 1
Arrival begins with checking in from 15:00 by one of our friendly Customer Experience team members. You will then have the chance to settle in for a while and meet some of the other families staying with us before sitting down for dinner.
After dinner, you will have the opportunity to take part in an evening activity before having some time to relax in the evening or get an early night ready for a day of adventure.
Day 2
Wake up early for a hot cooked breakfast to help you prepare for the day, before taking part in your pre-scheduled activities to suit your families’ requirements and choices.
Stop for a hot lunch with salad bar before going back out and finishing off your tailored activity programme.
After an afternoon of activities, take a break and have a more relaxing dinner, before another evening of optional activities.
Day 3
This is a more relaxed day, so after breakfast, find some time to explore the grounds at your own pace or you can drop into a programme of various taster activities that will be available to you.
One final meal with your new friends and then it’s time to say goodbye, having had a memorable weekend.
